From July to August we collect the student's GPA, course selections, activities and awards, then map out a major and potential second-major strategy.

From August to September we match the student profile and goals against admissions strategies across Canada, the US, the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Oct–Nov · Essays & Lock-in
From October to November we lock in 6-10 target schools and majors, polish essays and personal statements, gather recommendations and run brainstorming and mock interviews.

Nov–May · Submit & Track
From November through May we complete and submit applications, track OUAC/OUC status, offers and scholarships, and support final school selection and deposits.
